EXPERIENCE:  Our licensed, insured, and certified inspector has over 15 years experience in the construction industry. We obtained our Class B General Contractors license (#608746) in 1991 and John is an Inspector member of the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) . Advantage is also a member of the Better Business Bureau of N.E. Calif.

AVAILABILITY:  We will inspect property at the customer's convenience and are available 7 days a week to make inspections. After an inspection, we are available for phone consultation as long as the customer is involved with the property.

SAME DAY REPORT:  Our "same day - on site" reports are based on the respected ITA Matrix System -- used by over 7000 Home Inspection companies in North America.

FEES: (Effective 7 Days/Week)

• $199 for 0-1200 sqft home on concrete slab
• $225 for 1201-1500 sqft home on concrete slab

• +$30 for each additional 500 sqft over 1500 sqft
• +$40 for raised foundation
• +$40 for residences Over 50 Years old
• +$50 to bill all invoices to escrow
